Creative Executive + Special Projects Manager

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Her artistic journey has led her through various careers, including; performing in the original Canadian company of Miss Saigon (Kim), studio/session work for pop music, tv specials, radio voice-overs and commercial jingles in the Philippines; a career creating global marketing strategies as an advertising account supervisor with J. Walter Thompson (high tech clients included Cisco Systems, Intel Corporation and Hewlett Packard).

As a screenwriter, Ang Pamana: The Inheritance is her first screenplay. She is a blogger-in-residence at DailyMantra.com, and has also written a series of mobisodes for 3G-enabled video phones in Asia. Carmen is also active participant in Barcamp LA, a bi-annual technology "un-conference." She has been blogging since 2000 under various avatars and continues to contribute her writing all over the web.
