Carmen has a select private practice as a hypnotherapist, productivity coach, and vocal trainer. In 2007, she is limiting her practice to focus on her first pregnancy, as well as her new position as the Sales and Marketing Manager/Social Media Specialist at a high-tech public relations agency.

As the eldest of five talented sisters, Carmen continues to blaze trails in vocal performance, writing and strategic business development. She is one of the founders of the *Balikbayan Renaissance* movement, with aims to revolutionize the face of power and entertainment in the Philippines by mobilizing the forces of modern Filipino talents versus the old guard.

Carmen has pledged only to use her considerable talents and powers for good and the mutual arising.
